PHOTO POLICY
Use images responsibly.
Pictures are evidence of your reaction — not permission to make claims about the person pictured.
1. Adults only
Only submit images of clearly adult people. If age is uncertain, do not submit the image. We may exclude any image where adulthood is unclear.
2. Appropriate sources
Good sources include public figures and characters, images you are entitled to use, your own photographs, or ordinary images of people you legitimately know and are discussing in a private personal consultation. Do not submit stolen private material, hacked material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content obtained unlawfully.
3. Keep intimate imagery out
The service does not require nude or sexually explicit photographs. Do not submit intimate images of another person. Ordinary portraits, candid photographs, public promotional images, film/TV stills and similar references are sufficient.
4. What we analyse
We analyse the client's reaction to the image and visible presentation. We may describe observable visual qualities and the impression those qualities create for the client. We do not use a face to claim that the person actually has a particular personality, intelligence level, sexual behavior, mental state, ethnicity, health condition, criminal history or other private characteristic.
5. Private use
Submitted images are intended for the private delivery of your experience and report. They are not published or reused in advertising simply because you submitted them.
6. Case-study permission is separate
If we ever ask to feature part of your case in marketing, education or an anonymized case study, that request will be separate from the service itself. You can decline without affecting your experience.
7. Removal and substitution
If a particular image is inappropriate, unclear, unusable or creates avoidable privacy risk, we may ask you to replace it with another example. The aim is to understand your attraction pattern, not to build dossiers on third parties.
8. Questions
Questions about image use can be sent to privacy@attractionreport.com.
