TERMS
Terms of experience.
The boundaries of what we provide, what you provide, and what happens when you book.
1. The service
The Attraction Report is a personalized self-discovery and analytical experience. It may include intake material, live or asynchronous analysis, guided discussion, prediction/testing rounds, and a bespoke written report. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, matchmaking, or a validated psychometric assessment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate. Submitted visual subjects must also be clearly adult. We may decline material or end an experience where age is unclear or the requested use is inappropriate.
3. Your materials and statements
You are responsible for the materials you choose to submit and for having a lawful and legitimate basis to use them in this private consultation. Do not submit illegal material, intimate imagery shared without consent, or images of minors. Our separate Photo Policy forms part of these terms.
4. Interpretation, not objective truth
The service examines your reported reactions and the patterns that appear across them. Findings are interpretive and personal to you. They are not factual claims about the personality, intelligence, sexuality, intentions, morality, health, ethnicity or other private characteristics of people pictured.
5. Booking and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for the selected experience, subject to taxes where applicable. Payment is due through the enabled payment provider before the experience is reserved unless we state otherwise. Your booking is confirmed when payment and scheduling are completed.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may request rescheduling subject to availability. Our commercial cancellation window and any late-cancellation or no-show rules will be displayed at checkout before launch. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. EU/EEA withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer and the applicable law gives you a statutory withdrawal period for a distance service contract, that right applies according to law. Where you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during that period, we may request the legally required consent and acknowledgement. If you withdraw after performance has begun, legal rules may allow payment for the proportion already provided; once a paid service has been fully performed after the required consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may expire. Final checkout wording and the required withdrawal information should be legally reviewed before launch.
8. Report delivery
Estimated delivery timing may vary with the complexity of the case, scheduling and the number of testing rounds required. Any delivery estimate given at booking is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
9. Couples experiences
Each participant should understand that a Couples Attraction Dynamic may include separate individual input and a shared discussion. Before launch we will clearly state what information, if any, remains private to one participant and what may be included in the joint report. We do not promise to conceal information that the structure of the booked experience expressly designates as shared.
10. Intellectual property and personal use
Your finished report is provided for your personal use. You may keep and privately share your copy. The underlying methodology, templates, design system, analytical framework, brand assets and service materials remain the intellectual property of The Attraction Report or its licensors. Commercial reproduction, resale, training use or creation of derivative competing materials is not permitted without written permission.
11. No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee that the process will identify a single definitive “type,” predict every future attraction, improve a relationship, or produce any particular dating outcome. Contradictions and unresolved cases may form part of the final analysis.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, the service is provided as an interpretive personal consultation and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on it. Final limitation-of-liability language should be reviewed for the markets in which the service is sold.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the agreement is intended to be governed by the law of Germany. Final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording should be confirmed before launch.
